| Tina Meier spoke to students at Winston R-6. There were no criminal charges filed in connection with her daughter Megan’s death. Mrs. Meier has formed a foundation to push for legislative changes regarding the laws, or lack of them, governing online bullying. A Federal Grand Jury in Los Angeles is presently investigating the case since My Space may have been defrauded. “They’re looking at the case to see if they can prosecute for false identification,” Mrs. Meier said.
