Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Ballew, Gallatin, and Mr. and Mrs. Ron Vandiver of Maryville, announce the
engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Bethany Ann Dea Vandiver, to Russell W.
Bell, son of Jackie and Ted Ball, and Tim and Vivian Bell of Ohio. The wedding will take place at 6 p.m. on
Sunday evening, Sept. 3, 2006, at the Gallatin Country Club.
