Dr. Lee C. Rogers, a 1996 Gallatin graduate, was accepted into a prestigious research fellowship at the National Center for Limb Preservation in Chicago, Ill. The fellowship is located at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and affiliated with Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. The research director is Dr. David G. Armstrong, a world-renown diabetic foot expert, author, and lecturer.
