Promotions were recently held for two local Green Hills Tae Kwon Do students. Grace Von Opitz received her yellow belt, and Mr. Mark Morrison was promoted to Orange Belt. Both are residents of the Gallatin area. In order to advance to their next belt level, students must exhibit knowledge of selected Korean terminology and concepts of Tae Kwon Do, as well as the ability to perform various techniques, including forms, sparring, and board breaking.
