Pictured are Doug and Shirley Laney with their family. Their oldest daughter Natalie and her husband Steve Arn are missionaries with New Tribes Mission and are presently involved in a ministry of “tribal church planting” among the unreached tribes of Papua New Guinea. Their son Aaron Laney and his wife Kimmie have just finished their missionary training with NTM and are weekly presenting their ministry in churches looking to the Lord to raise financial support for them to be able to go to Papua New Guinea in 2009. The Laney’s youngest daughter Nellie believes that God has also called her to be a missionary and she too has a heart to be involved in tribal evangelism one day. New Tribes Mission, based out of Sanford, Fla., is supported by donations from individuals, families and churches. The agency has 3,200 workers in 18 countries in all continents.
