Below is a piece of machinery, referred to in country as a "Kosovo Harley." This souped-up garden tiller is used to pull, haul, push and move nearly everything within Kosovo, but comes at a considerable lower price than a tractor, and consumes less fuel. Kosovars always rig the Harleys up with some sort of seat, and they are a far sight different than any tractor seen back home. Capt. Shannon D. Holaday figured the farmers in Missouri might get a kick out of this piece of machinery.
