A thunderstorm moved across Daviess County last Thursday evening, May 7. Two trees in front of Jerald and Marilyn Tolen’s home on South Water Street were knocked down by a sudden powerful surge of wind. The falling trees took out power lines and city crews worked that night to get the lines back up and clear the debris
