The distribution of funds to claimants against Gallatin Livestock Auction was addressed at an administrative hearing on Monday, June 25, in the Daviess County Courthouse in Gallatin.

There are 16 claimants. There were two bonds, one in the amount of $129,000 ($125,000 plus $4,000 in interest) and one in the amount of $10,000 to be distributed.

Of the 16 claimants, four were present at the hearing and given an opportunity to validate documentation before W.B. (Bart) Tichenor, senior hearing officer at the State Tax Commission of Missouri, who will rule on the eligibility of the claims.
